The hypnosis files on this site are great. However, the customer service sucks. I purchased a custom hypnosis more than a month ago, and have received nothing. I purchased a lifetime gold membership, yet am still billed monthly. Wtf. Also, none of the “bonus” file links I’ve been sent work. Finally, I think I am blocked from the trainers. I no longer receive emails from this site. Very disappointing, because the site has good things to offer. Ill probably be punished for this post too. Lol
