After he has received 10 strikes to his bottom for those affirmations, you read these ones and strike him each time after you recite yours.  This will be for a total of 20 strikes to start each day with.

These affirmations can be used in rotation to other level 2 or 3 affirmations or you can focus on these if your husband is not physically fit. 

Feel free to adjust some of these numbers according to the level of your fitness your man is currently at.

  1. You will eat the diet I set forth for you.
  2. You will exercise no less than 3 days a week.
  3. You will express cleanup our house everyday.
  4. You will do 30 pushups per day.
  5. You will do 30 squats per day.
  6. You will stretch daily.
  7. You will take a 15 minute walk everyday, with or without me.
  8. You will never eat another potato chip again.
  9. You will be your ideal weight within 90 days.
  10. I will make your healthy decisions for you.
