The Yes Ma’am training has been surprisingly impactful. I have spoken to women in a respectful tone for many years, but not as much as I could have. When I am preoccupied I have not responded as quickly as I could have. That is changing today. The training not only improves me as a person the improvement gives me pleasure, great pleasure.
