Went to sleep last night for the first time with the Level 1 overnight loop file. Wow! I’ll review it over there too. But what a powerful file to have playing into my subconscious while K slept. And to wait at different times to hear Ms.Lara inplanting her new truths into my mind. And it points me to other files I want to do as stand alones.

So spending time today at my Starbucks organizing all my download files. Unzipping and naming them for easy reference. Have them all on the cloud so can pull down for my phone and tablet to listen to on the go and overnights. Being a Gold member is worth it!
