Start with his level 2 affirmations first here.

After he has received 10 strikes to his bottom for those affirmations, you read these ones and strike him each time after you recite yours.  This will be for a total of 20 strikes to start each day with.

  1. You will participate equally in all household chores.
  2. You will cook for me 3-4 times this week.
  3. You will learn how to clean bathrooms properly.
  4. You will vacuum our place once per week.
  5. You will open doors for me.
  6. You will clean windows once per month.
  7. You will do 50% of the laundry this week.
  8. You will look for home improvement projects and complete them diligently.
  9. You will listen when I ask for help without question.
  10. You will give me a back rub once per week.

Repeat these daily until the above affirmations have become a reality.
