Hi, I’m Lara, and for years, I’ve kept a low profile in public to avoid tricky situations. As a hypnodomme at FemdomTraining.ca, my work is a vibrant part of my life, but it’s not something I share with my “ordinary vanilla friends.” The thought of being recognized while out with them—having to explain what I really do—used to make me cautious about sharing photos of myself online. I worried about those awkward moments where I’d have to dodge questions or reveal a side of me they wouldn’t understand.

But recently, I’ve been inspired by my fellow hypnodommes to embrace my identity more openly. Their fearless creativity and bold self-expression pushed me to step out of my comfort zone. I decided it was time to stop worrying about “what ifs” and start showcasing my work with pride. That’s when I set up a green screen room in my house—a space to create professional, eye-catching photos that reflect the essence of what I do.

A Creative Hub: The Green Screen Studio

My green screen room has become a game-changer. It’s a dedicated space where I can experiment with lighting, backgrounds, and aesthetics to produce stunning, professional-grade photos. Whether I’m going for a commanding, dominatrix vibe or a softer, hypnotic allure, the green screen lets me craft any scene I imagine. It’s not just a studio; it’s a place where I can fully express my creativity and confidence.

The best part? I’ve opened up this space to my fellow hypnodommes who live nearby. They come over, and together we turn the studio into a creative hub. It’s a collaborative environment where we share ideas, try new looks, and support each other’s visions. This space has become a symbol of our shared passion and a testament to how we lift each other up at FemdomTraining.ca.

Here is what my green screen can do.  I choose various black brick backgrounds, because I just like the dark grungy message they send.

But I can easily throw in a sexy bathing suit, and put any ocean beach behind me, for the times I am not able to actually be there, but want to express a happy scene at a nice beach.  Contrary to what some people think, I work too hard to get to my favourite tropical spots all the time, so I make believe for my own sanity sometimes.  You know what they say, fake it until you make it.  I do get at least one tropical vacation per year, but the below picture is not one of them. This is the magic of my green screen setup.

A Glimpse Behind the Scenes

So, what’s a typical photo shoot day like at my green screen studio? It’s a mix of focus and fun. We start by setting up the equipment—tweaking lights, choosing the perfect backdrop, and testing the camera. The music’s pumping (think sultry beats or high-energy anthems), and the room buzzes with excitement. One minute, we’re striking bold poses in sleek outfits; the next, we’re laughing over a quirky prop we tossed into the mix.

These sessions are about more than just taking photos. They’re about capturing the spirit of what we do at FemdomTraining.ca—empowering ourselves and others, embracing our strength, and creating art that resonates with our community. Every shot is a step toward owning my identity, both online and in the real world.

So, if I want to make art for a post, I can ask a model or friend, that wants to be in the shoot, and do stuff like this.

I don’t even have to go to the hotel to do a shoot.  I just invite a friend over, keep his identity private, and make like we are in a hotel room.  Saves a tremendous amount of time making cover art for our files.

From Caution to Confidence

Letting go of the fear of being recognized hasn’t been easy, but it’s been liberating. I used to dread the idea of someone spotting me in public and asking questions I wasn’t ready to answer. But working with my hypnodomme sisters and building this studio has shown me that I don’t need to hide. My work is something to celebrate, not conceal. The green screen room has given me a way to share my world on my terms, and I’m excited to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
