I did nothing to deserve this other than being a male.  My wife spanked me this morning just to show her power, while I recited Level 3 Affirmations.

This is a good way to stay obedient, and compliant.  She also stuck a butt plug in me, and it is 9 hours later, and its still there.  She is making me do it for 24 hours.

I love her, and this makes me feel so obedient and compliant to her.
