About fifteen months ago, Mr Jones and I said goodbye to the yacht we voyaged on in 2021. It was a shitty situation that was the result of some poor choices and some unchecked male egos. Since then, we have discussed and thought about a lot of things. We have purchased a caravan and done some land travel, which is another passion of ours.

Early in our recent trip to Western Queensland, a yacht broker contacted us about a yacht that had recently come on the market. She ticked most of the boxes we had identified. In short, we are now the owners of a Leopard 39 catamaran. Over the last few days, we have been getting to know her. We have had some good times and beautiful weather. We have also had some "washing machine" oceans and frustration with things that either don't work properly or we don't understand.

I am looking forward to more sunny days, whale sightings and walks on the beach. In between road trips to the more remote parts of Australia.
