I didn’t deserve it, but got it anyways.

I did nothing to deserve this other than being a male.  My wife spanked me this morning just to show her power, while I recited Level 3 Affirmations. This is a good way to stay obedient, and compliant.  She also stuck a butt plug in me, and it is 9 hours later, and its still there.  She is making me do it for 24 hours. I love her, and this makes me feel so obedient and compliant to her.

I was punished for my weight.

I have not met my weight goal of 215 lbs in the past 3 weeks, so now the punishment is ramping up to every morning at weigh in time. I get 1 hit for every .1 of a lb that I am over. Today I got 38 strokes, and then she added a few of her own for things over the past few days. I took a pretty good beating today, and I love her more than ever. I need to be held accountable for not hitting goals. I am the luckiest man in the world to have a wife that delivers that.
