When we moved from London down to the South Coast, with all it’s lovely beaches, rolling fields and woods, one of our new friends asked “Have you done any riding?”. I giggled and replied, “Yes quite regularly actually … but not since I retired”. Hubby rolled his eyes at me across the coffee table, shaking his head.
