Thankfully the storm that had forced us to take cover beneath the sun lounger parasols, blew-over quite quickly. But we decided to take a different path back to the apartment anyway … Which led us through an olive grove where we discovered some rather tired looking beach chairs, obviously set-up to overlook the beach below … … though much less well-looked-after than one of our previous discoveries some years ago. For my “Modest Fronds” #Boobday posting this week I asked if you could guess where I was standing? Well, the answer was … beneath a Sun Lounger of course!!! And, just as was the case when I visited this beach last summer, a tropical storm warning meant that everyone had retreated to the beach taverna to take cover.
